What You Will Do
- Provide technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring optimal use of the API platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve product functionality.
- Assist in the deployment of new features and updates, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the product.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the development team, advocating for client needs.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–8 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Proficient in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React for effective troubleshooting and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST API integrations.
- Experience with Langchain or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in a B2B software development environment.
- Familiarity with HR, ATS, or Payroll systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Compensation and Benefits
