• You confidently apply your deep technical expertise in protection technology for medium- and high-voltage systems. Your spectrum ranges from transmission lines and busbars to transformers and complex rotating electrical machines.
• You take full responsibility for technical inquiries—from standard cases to highly complex, system-critical issues. You drive the process to a successful conclusion while actively optimizing collaboration between customers and internal stakeholders, including R&D, Product Management (PLM), Project Execution, and Sales.
• You utilize our extensive laboratory facilities for digital protection and substation automation to replicate complex customer issues under realistic conditions. You develop sustainable solutions and corrective measures rather than just providing workarounds.
• You coach junior colleagues and actively share your knowledge to elevate the level of technical excellence across the entire team.
• You proactively drive the achievement of our performance targets. Through your work, you measurably increase Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and the Net Promoter Score (NPS), strengthening the market position of Siemens Global Customer Care.

Your profile for "Empowering the Future":

• Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering and have first professional experience. Alternatively, you have a Bachelor’s degree combined with extensive, relevant professional experience.
