Technical Support Engineer-Brazil圣保罗全职客户关系 - 技术支持职位描述Responsibilities:
1. Provide remote technical support for the Brazil market, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and effective resolution of technical inquiries, troubleshooting cases, and related issues;
2. Conduct product training and provide repair support for local distributors and agents in Brazil;
3. Oversee and manage local Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) in Brazil, including repair turnaround time (TAT), spare parts inventory management, service quality and customer satisfaction.职位要求Qualifications:
1. Fluent in Portuguese, and fluent in either English or Chinese, both to be used as working languages for day-to-day communication via email, chat, phone, and other support channels;
2. Hands-on experience or a strong interest in 3D printing is a plus;
3. Familiar with standard online and phone-based customer support processes, with the ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and implement new workflows in line with company requirements;
4. Patient and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in products, a customer-focused service mindset, and solid logical and analytical thinking skills.
Work Location:
