What You Will Do
- Provide technical support and solutions for clients using the API SDK.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of software solutions for clients.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on new features and functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and provide proactive support to ensure uptime.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–8 years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React for troubleshooting and integration tasks.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and REST API principles.
- Experience with Langchain or similar technologies in a B2B environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
- Knowledge of HR, ATS, or Payroll systems and their integration challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $70K, with equity grants offered in addition to the base salary. This company also provides a referral reward program, enhancing the overall compensation package.
