Job Description

Primary Duties:

• 고객 및 내부 팀을 대상으로 냉동 시스템 기술 지원 제공
• 기계, 전기, 제어 시스템 문제 진단 및 해결
• 냉동 장비 설치, 시운전, 유지보수 지원
• 기술 문서, 기술 검토 제안서 및 교육 자료 작성
• 필요 시 현장 방문 및 원격 지원 수행
• 안전 규정 및 환경 관련 법규 준수
• 개보수 현장 비즈니스 발굴
• Provide technical support for refrigeration systems to customers and internal teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation, technical review reports, and training materials.
• Conduct on-site visits and remote support as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Supports Chiller Retrofit business

Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience:

• 냉동 시스템 또는 HVAC 업계 경력 3년 이상, 최소 2년
• 압축기, 응축기, 증발기 및 제어 시스템에 대한 전문 지식
• 기술 도면 및 전기 회로도 해석 능력
• 문제 해결 능력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수
• 영어 및 요크 냉동기 능통자 우대
• 국내외 출장 가능자
• 독립적으로 업무 수행 가능하며 팀워크를 중시하는 자세.
• 영어 능숙자 우대.
• York 냉동기 관련 수행 및 기술자 우대
• 3+ years of experience in refrigeration systems or HVAC industry, Min 2 years
• Strong knowledge of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and York Chiller knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English preferred
• York Chiller knowledge and technical supports preferred.
