Job Description
The Technical Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations by coordinating technical documentation, customer inquiries, supplier communications, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate combines a Mechanical Engineering background with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain technical and commercial documentation, including quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and headquarters regarding technical specifications, product information, and order status.
- Review customer requirements and assist in preparing suitable technical solutions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely technical and operational support.
- Coordinate shipping, order processing, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, quotations, orders, and correspondence.
- Support the Operations team with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Liaise between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and project follow-up.
- Assist in preparing technical submissions and tender documents when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in technical coordination, technical support, operations, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in generators, marine equipment, manufacturing, export operations, or industrial products is a plus.
