🎯 Mission of the Candidate
🔧 Provide technical support for customers before and after sales
⚙️ Conduct equipment installation, testing, demos, and troubleshooting
📚 Deliver customer training and create German-language manuals, videos, and documentation
📝 Collect user feedback and liaise with HQ for product improvement
🏢 Support local service center setup and handle minor equipment repairs
🚗 Assist the sales manager with customer visits and product certification tasks
👍 Must-have Qualifications
🇩🇪 German national, fluent in German and English
🛠️ 3–5 years of technical support / FAE experience in surveying or construction equipment
💪 Strong hands-on skills and excellent communication abilities
🌍 Willingness to travel regularly for field service
🚗 Valid driver’s license
