Technical Support Engineer

• 通过电话为日本用户提供电脑以及IT软件相关的技术支持服务
• 在限定时间内为客户提供IT相关解决方案，满足客户需求

职位要求：

• 大专以上学历
• 商务日语精通，æ— å£éŸ³
• 有日本留学或工作经验者优先
• 良好的客户沟通能力及服务意识，抗压能力强
• é€»è¾‘è¡¨è¾¾èƒ½åŠ›å¼ºï¼Œå–„äºŽå­¦ä¹ ï¼Œç‹¬ç«‹æ€§å¼ºï¼Œé«˜åº¦çš„è´£ä»»æ„Ÿ
• 有一定的IT软硬件技术能力（有技术背景或有Call Center经验者优先）
• 熟练使用办公软件,如Outlook，Excel
• 能够接受倒班

营业时间：年365日天营业

工作时间：做5休2倒班制（早班8-17/晚班11-20，周末出勤时提供代休）
