Job Description
To support and assist the technical service manager for workshops and documentation.
Responsible for the NetSuite software, and inventory maintenance and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues.
Job Responsibilities:
In charge of workshop inventory of spare parts and consumables.
In charge of requesting workshop needs like tools, consumables, and others.
Perform the shipboard required documents for shipyard anchorage and dry-docking repairs.
To assist and prepare maintenance personnel for encoding work done service report /workshop.
Will handle Netsuite software for requesting workshop needs and workshop inventory.
Conducting the ToolBox meeting workshop
Monitoring activity work schedule
Checking and monitoring Job Orders
Execution of accurate accomplishment report based on Job Orders
Coordinate with the mechanical maintenance officer for major equipment breakdowns
Respond to a query via Email & Phone
Perform other duties assigned by the technical service manager.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Licensed Mechanical Engineer is required
At least 2-3 years of experience in Logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and familiar with NetSuite.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure
