Job Description

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software application development, implementation, and support
• Technical skills in one or more of the following - Java, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Application Security
• Language - To support client in the region, we need fluency in English and any one of the following languages - Thai, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support as needed (may include occasional after-hours support)
• Provide professional consultation to customers and partners on product features and solutions
• Customize and implement product solutions based on client requirements
• Offer post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and QA
