本役職は、テクニカルサポート U/S Grに属します。この役割は、リモート(オンサイトも適宜実施)サポートを通じて超音波製品をお使いのお客様に対してアプリケーション面から満足と信頼を得る責任があります。主にお客様からの操作・サポート依頼を的確に判断し、アプリケーション知識と要望に沿って操作説明できる装置知識のスキルが必要となります。また、アプリケーションサポートメンバは、フィールドサービスエンジニアのアプリケーションスキルを向上させる責任もあります。主な役割は以下のとおりです。
