About the role:
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high product quality standards. You will build strong relationships with service partners and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.
You will be acting as a vital link between service partners and manufacturing sites and coordinate quality-related activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure that products and services consistently meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Where you will be: You will be based in our Sales Office in Kyiv, Ukraine. We currently operate in a primarily remote working model, with most employees working from home while staying closely connected with their teams and colleagues.
What you’ll do:
Acting as first-line technical support to authorized service partners (ASP)
Control over the RCT (repair cycle time) based on the claim validation system
Product quality control based on feedback from ASPs
Administration of Electrolux technical applications
Optimize costs via improvement of service network and control of Sales Fixed Costs
Administration and development of the Mobile Engineer Project in Ukraine
Acting with factories and quality service of the company, preparation of reports on the quality of products based on the analysis of the claim validation system
Monitoring of Ukrainian legislation in the area of the import Technical regulation
Control over the filling of the Branded Warranty Card and its availability in the finished product warehouse
Processing and registration in the claim validation system from Electrolux Ukraine customers for pre-sales calls
Provide strong support to OSS department in projects and new initiatives
Requirements and qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Consumer Service, or After-Sales/Aftermarket Services.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Project management knowledge and experience would be considered a strong advantage.
Good understanding of consumer rights and consumer protection regulations.
Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian language skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
