Technical Support Analyst, Associate

Department: Customer Support

As an Associate Technical Support Analyst, you will be part of Infor’s Global Support team, providing exceptional front-line technical assistance for our industry-leading software applications. You’ll be a key player in helping customers maximize the value of their Infor solutions by resolving issues, identifying workarounds, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term customer success. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Respond to incoming support requests via Infor’s case management system, email, and other support channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Infor applications, configurations, and environments.
  • Escalate complex or critical cases to senior analysts or development teams, ensuring clear documentation of the issue.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Cloud Operations, and Consulting, to drive resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation to support knowledge sharing and customer transparency.
  • Stay current on product updates, enhancements, and industry best practices through continuous learning and training.
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-help guides.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Analytical and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL queries, and web technologies (HTML, XML, APIs).
  • Have a customer-centric mindset with experience solving complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP, HCM, or other enterprise applications.
  • Experience of ITIL practices or support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira).
  • Experience with scripting or programming skills (Like Python, PowerShell, etc.).
