This isn’t just another call-centre role. You’ll be the go-to expert helping customers solve real mobile and broadband issues — and you’ll be trained, supported, and set up to win from day one.
We are hiring German-speaking Technical Support Agents to join our European support hub in Budapest. You will provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting mobile and broadband issues and resolving queries efficiently on first contact.
Supporting German-speaking customers via calls & digital channels
Troubleshooting mobile, broadband, SIM, and device issues
Solving queries first time (FCR is king 👑)
Following clear call flows to keep things smooth and efficient
Delivering a friendly, professional experience — every interaction
Logging cases accurately and working GDPR-compliant
Taking part in coaching, quality sessions, and improvement initiatives
AHT on target (efficient, not rushed)
High FCR and strong CSAT/NPS
Consistent quality aligned with client standards
Rock-solid attendance & reliability
3 weeks of technical training (mobile-focused)
2 weeks of supported nesting
13-week glidepath to full KPI achievement
