David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in Barcelona.

Position: Technical Support Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate and timely solutions
• Educate customers on product usage, updates and best practices
• Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper tracking and resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
• Take ownership of customer cases and progress them through to resolution or escalation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near-native level of German
• Advanced level of English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
• Good customer service skills and the ability to understand customer needs
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Ability to take ownership of cases and manage them through to resolution
• Comfortable working in a customer service environment
