Requirements

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with internal systems and documentation.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English, Russian.

Responsibilities:

Integration support:

• Handling client requests and performing initial technical troubleshooting.
• Monitoring system health and escalating incidents to the appropriate technical teams.
• Investigating player activity and unusual events based on client requests.

Internal consulting:

• Providing technical guidance and operational support to internal teams.
• Managing user access and administering client and internal accounts.
• Configuring and maintaining technical settings for client integrations.

Process-related tasks:

• Recording and maintaining accurate information on client requests in internal systems.
• Performing operational tasks to ensure stable and reliable service delivery.
