The Technical Support will join the ShedPro ( https://shedpro.co/) team and report directly to the Head of the Customer Success team. ShedPro has been a major focus for Seadev over the past fours years, with a mission to develop cutting-edge sales and lead generation products catered specifically to shed builders, manufacturers, and dealers in the North American market.
As the Technical Support, you will support Seadev in setting up all the websites and software products for domestic and international clients. The successful candidate should be a team player, comfortable working in a dynamic multicultural, English-speaking environment and teachable.
