Job Description
Provide first and second-level support for server, network, and system incidents.
Monitor infrastructure components and respond to alerts and status changes.
Assist in system backups, patch verification, and restore operations.
Troubleshoot hardware and OS-level issues and escalate when necessary.
Support Active Directory, file shares, and access permissions.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment replacement or advanced support.
Document incident resolutions and update knowledge base.
Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within agreed timelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure operations.
Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
Working knowledge of server operating systems (Windows/Linux).
Basic understanding of networking principles and device configurations.
Experience with monitoring tools and IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to follow instructions and escalate issues appropriately.
