Job Description

• Acts as the key technical interface between the company and customers, supporting commercial growth through technical expertise in biocides and related solutions
• Partners closely with the Sales Manager in customer engagement, contributing to business development by providing in-depth technical discussions and portfolio presentations
• Ensures successful execution and follow-up of product evaluations by the customers. Provide technical services, reinforcing customer confidence and long-term partnerships
• Deliver tailored technical training sessions to customers, enhancing product knowledge and application best practices
• Conduct plant audits to identify contaminations, ensure correct product usage, and improve operational cleaning efficiency
• Coordinate and monitor laboratory testing programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations
• Follow up closely with lab teams to track progress, validate results, and ensure timely execution of testing plans
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing regular updates on testing progress and project status
• Analyze results and prepare comprehensive technical reports with clear conclusions and recommendations
• Present final test results and technical findings to customers, supporting decision-making and commercialization
• Support technical and marketing in the value proposition evaluation of Arxada´s proposal
