As a Technical Supervisor for our Fleet Interventions department, you are at the heart of technical interventions on our vessels and assets worldwide. You prepare and supervise dry-dockings, maintenance, repair, mobilization and upgrade scopes on site, making sure safety, quality, planning and budget remain fully under control. Working closely with project teams, vessel crews, yards and subcontractors, you turn preparation into smooth execution and solve issues where they arise. This is a hands-on rotational role with limited office presence and strong international exposure, offering the opportunity to work across different vessels, locations, cultures and technical disciplines while continuously expanding your expertise.
You prepare assigned work orders by reviewing the technical scope in detail, checking completeness of information, materials, spare parts, permits and required service support before execution starts.
You coordinate and supervise the execution of your assigned scope on site, working closely with foremen, technicians, shipyards and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.
You organize and follow up daily toolbox and progress meetings, monitor progress in the field and keep track of schedule, quality and budget for your scope.
You ensure that materials and spare parts are available on time, coordinate logistics where needed, manage returns and repair flows, and close work orders correctly in the system.
You report progress consistently through Maximo and other tracking tools, provide input for technical reports and commissioning summaries, and escalate deviations or discovery scope in a timely and structured way.
You work in close collaboration with Technical Works Managers, Project Managers, vessel crew, fleet stakeholders and external partners to solve technical issues and continuously improve execution on site.
You hold a Master’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
You bring at least 5 years of relevant working experience in a maritime, ship repair, shipyard, vessel maintenance or technical project environment.
You have solid technical knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical systems; experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and maintenance activities is a strong asset.
You are experienced in coordinating technical work on site and know how to balance quality, planning and cost within your assigned scope.
You are a proactive team player who takes ownership, communicates openly, keeps overview under pressure and focuses on practical problem-solving.
You are flexible to work in a rotational setup, with preparation partly from HQ or home and execution mainly on site worldwide, typically in a 2/1 rotation.
An extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balance.
A permanent training track which allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally.
A stimulating, innovative workplace with numerous growth opportunities.
A people-oriented environment with an interactive health program and a focus on employee wellbeing.
