WAGO Corporation is seeking a Technical Supervisor, responsible for leading the Technical Team in executing critical work across all production areas, ensuring that equipment and processes operate to defined standards. This role leads equipment troubleshooting activities and must communicate clearly and coordinate with affected teams such as Manufacturing, Warehouse and Engineering as needed. This role participates in continuous improvement initiatives by providing subject matter expert technical guidance on the projects of the Manufacturing Engineering team.

Experience Required:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in relevant manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge in machinery repair, diagnostics, PLC and automated manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Able to perform and lead LOTO Authorized Personnel
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP ERP systems
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support technical team members to ensure safe and efficient working practices
• Set clear expectations, priorities and performance standards for the Technical Team and hold members accountable for results
• Lead, perform and assess effectiveness of PMs on Machinery in Electronic Assembly, Mechanical Assembly, and automated warehouse operations areas
• Report on Mean Time to Repair and Mean Time Between Failure metrics, drive improvements
• Recruit, interview, onboard and maintain the readiness of Technical Team members
• Operate PLC and diagnostic tools and equipment to assess and troubleshoot issues
• Provide process-oriented technical direction and support to technicians to ensure safe and efficient work is done
• Coordinate with Engineering Team members to implement process improvements to drive quality, productivity, and efficiency; consult as technical subject matter expert
• Ensure technical work complies with company safety regulations, LOTO, and OSHA General Duty requirements
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with affected parties as needed
• Partner with ME Team on regular process and equipment inspections, audits, and reviews of production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate Equipment records and reports, ensuring traceability and compliance
• Support new product introductions (NPI) advising ME Team on technical aspects of the project
• Develop and Maintain Lock Out/Tag Out Procedures for all necessary equipment per company standards
• Train, mentor, and develop technical staff in skills and industry best practices
• Adhere to safety and operational protocols, use hand tools to perform basic machinery repairs and routine maintenance tasks as needed
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
