Technical Supervisor

Your tasks

• Lead team to make sure to fulfill all activities defined and use some lean tooling to finish improvements
• Take charge of transfer program from AG to CZFO , lead team to finish samples of products following sample procedure and provide necessary support for other groups
• As a technician bridge in GPTN , transfer all the new process to CCM and take part in the globe Kaizen project
• Perform TPM (total productive maintenance), including equipment improvement, systematic and periodical preventive maintenance program. Make sure all the equipment and tooling good condition
• Procure and prepare spare parts and consumable parts and establish database for all equipment. Manage and maintain assembly jigs and fixtures to an ordered standard
• Work with SAP key-in people to create item data, BOM and routing etc. for new CZFO assemblies
• Take charge of automation projects with AG team
• Prepare operating instructions and safety instructions for all equipment. Analyse and solve equipment problem from production line on daily base. Train operators to properly and safely use all equipment and tools
• Analyze current capacity and obtain tools and equipment to satisfy CZFO production
• Analyze and solve quality issue from production line on daily base. Initiate mistake-proofing if necessary

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in mechanical and electrical fiber/communication is preferred
• At least 8 years’ experience in process engineering and 2 years supervisor’s experience is preferred
• Good English both in oral, reading and writing
• Good computer skill for Microsoft Office and Auto CAD
• Good communication skill, open, creative
• Know some knowledge about lean and can use lean tooling to improve the job
