The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams delivering cloud-native, microservices-based solutions. This role blends technical fluency, delivery ownership, and process optimization. You’ll ensure teams are aligned, work is unblocked, and delivery improves over time.

What You’ll Do

• Own Delivery Execution – Translate leadership priorities into clear, actionable delivery plans aligned with cloud-native and microservices architectures

• Plan & Track Work – Manage Jira backlogs and cross-team dependencies using Jira Advanced Roadmaps (Plans) to maintain visibility and predictable delivery

• Analyze Client Issues – Partner with Technical Success Analysts to analyze recurring client issues, identify root causes, and design long-term technical or workflow solutions

• Improve Future Workflows – Turn customer and delivery learnings into repeatable processes that reduce friction and prevent issues from recurring

• Optimize Team Efficiency – Identify bottlenecks early, remove blockers, and keep engineering teams focused on high-impact work

• Coordinate Across Teams – Act as a central point between leadership, engineering, and TSMs to ensure alignment and clear communication

• Drive Continuous Improvement – Improve build, deployment, and planning processes to increase delivery speed and reliability as the company scales

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Engineering Management, or Technical Program/Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native systems, and containerized deployments
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and advanced Jira usage, including Jira Advanced Roadmaps (Plans)
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical or client-facing issues and turn them into scalable solutions or process improvements
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
