Your Role

You join the Technical Success Management team, part of Customer Solutions. The team has 8 people across France, Italy and DACH and looks after both our high-touch and low-touch customers.

You own a portfolio of our largest customers, those above 1000 MRR. You are their technical advisor: the person they call when they want to get more out of Youtrust, and the person who spots problems before they turn into churn. Your goal is simple: keep these customers, help them use more of the platform, and find the next opportunity for Sales to close.

You work closely with Account Managers, Sales, Support and Product.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify the key accounts in your portfolio, build an account plan for each with the Account Manager and protect renewals.
• Act as the single point of contact for your customers on technical topics: understand their use cases, tech stack and business, and recommend the right set-up and integrations.
• Spot new use cases and needs, and pass cross-sell and upsell opportunities to the Account Manager or Sales with clear context. Sales owns the closing.
• Run business reviews with your key accounts to show the value delivered and agree on next steps.
• Track usage and account health, act early on warning signs, and lead the negotiation when a customer wants to downgrade or leave.
• Share what large customers need, their technical feedback and recurring issues with Product and Support.

Your Profile

• You have managed a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts in Customer Success or Account Management, and you have hit retention targets.
• You have negotiated downgrade or churn requests and kept revenue without giving value away.
• You understand REST APIs, webhooks and authentication well enough to talk with a customer's tech team and diagnose a set-up.
• You know how to build an account plan and run a business review with decision-makers.
• You use data and CRM or CS tools to decide where to spend your time.
• You use AI tools in your daily work, try new ways to use them and check what they produce.
• You build trust with decision-makers and technical contacts. Customers come to you for advice, not only when something breaks.
• You are curious about the product, the tech behind it and how customers use it.
• You stay calm in difficult conversations and bring them back to facts and options.
• You speak French at native level (C2) and English fluently (C1). Spanish (B1) is a plus.
• Experience with e-signature, digital trust or compliance (such as eIDAS) is a plus, not a requirement.
