• $22.00 per hour base + bonuses + commission Base will increase to $23.00 per hour after 6 months of successful performance.

We are looking for a full time Technical Staffing Recruiter to attract and recruit high quality IT candidates. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates through social media, recruitment platforms, job sites and professional contacts. Must have experience with proven experience recruting or staffing tech-specific jobs like software engineering, data analysis, cyber security engineers and technical writing and others within the IT industry to name a few. Perform administrative duties such as qualify, coordinate and interview candidates, updating and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Implementing creative recruiting techniques and publishing job ads. Also, being instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process such as onboarding and communicating with clients. Performinglanguage and skills testing to determine proficiency. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a technical staffing environment
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, CRM, candidate sourcing tools, job sites and LinkedIn promotion tactics
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Technical roles.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking, answering phones, driving to worksites, and attend trade shows and events
• Strong organizational skills
• Typing 35+ WPM
• Communicating professionally via phone and email
• Manual and electronic filing

Preferred Requirements:

• 4 years’ experience in a staffing environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, talk and type for long periods of time.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education:

• Certificate(s) or Degree(s) with a focus in Computer Science or Information Systems

• 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Training Schedule:

• 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
