• Responsibilities
  • Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace
  • Ensuring all workshop jobs are done with safety, quality and accuracy.
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance of all workshop machines as per schedule
  • Ensuring attending all breakdowns effectively
  • Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)
  • Participation in all EHS initiatives
  • Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
  • Ensuring proper work permit system for all jobs
  • Ensuring proper specifications of spares while giving requirements
  • Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
  • Allocation of manpower
  • General store management and 5S
  
• Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:
  • Hands on experience of operations of lathe machine, shaper machine, slotter, band saw, drill machine, surface
  grinder
  • Knowledge on maintenance of workshop equipments
  • Basic knowledge on drawings and measurements
  
• Requirements:
  Essential: I.T.I with minimum 5 years’ experience in operations of workshop equipments, age limit 35 years.
  Preferred: Work experience in refractory mould assembly workshop
