Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and debugging complex software solutions, utilizing your expertise in C/C++ and a deep understanding of VoIP protocols and telecommunications technologies. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our voice services and ensuring optimal performance.

• Develop and debug software solutions using C/C++ in a multi-process/threaded environment.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of VoIP (SIP/H248), T38, SIP over TCP, VoLTE, voice quality/QoS, DSP, and voice codecs.
• Utilize management protocols such as SNMP and Netconf/Yang for effective system management.
• Have a good understanding of RJ11 and Z-interface specifications.
• Be well-versed with debugging tools like SIPP, Wireshark, Valgrind, and GDB for efficient troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with various vendors to integrate and optimize solutions across different SoC architectures.
• Possess a deep understanding of Linux, IPC techniques, user space, and kernel space.
• Have a good understanding of network architecture, IPV4/IPV6 addressing, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience with xDSL, GPON, and IPDSLAM products is an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ development and debugging in a multi-process/threaded environment.
• Strong understanding of VoIP (SIP/H248), T38, SIP over TCP, VoLTE, voice quality/QoS, DSP, and voice codecs.
• Familiarity with management protocols: SNMP, Netconf/Yang.
• Good understanding of RJ11 and Z-interface specifications.
