Technical Sales & Support Rep for Runva Winches in Truganina. Provide expert support, warranty management, sales processing & customer service.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Support Representative to join our Runva Australia team in Truganina. This pivotal role combines technical support, warranty and returns management, sales order processing, and customer service — all aimed at driving growth and delivering exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support and promptly resolve customer enquiries via phone and online channels.
• Manage warranty claims and returns efficiently according to company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and FAQs to enhance customer and internal support.
• Accurately process sales orders daily and assist with payments and sales reporting.
• Support the Sales Manager with sales initiatives and dealer/distributor engagement.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint.

Who You Are:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in mechanical products and installations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in writing effective technical documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capacity to handle and lift heavy products

Experience:

• Practical experience working with mechanical products; winch experience highly valued.
• Knowledge of the 4x4/4WD industry preferred.
• Experience in technical support, warranty management, and sales order processing is an advantage.
