Job Summary

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for utilizing CAD Design Skills, Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing (GD&T), and SolidWorks to support engineering projects. The role involves creating detailed technical drawings, interpreting engineering designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed and accurate technical drawings using cad design skills.
2. Apply geometric dimension & tolerancing (gd&t) principles to drawings and designs.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements.
4. Utilize solidworks software to create 3d models and simulations.
5. Ensure all drawings and designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in cad design skills for creating technical drawings and designs.
2. Strong understanding and application of geometric dimension & tolerancing (gd&t) principles.
3. Experience working with solidworks for 3d modeling and simulation.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical documentation.
5. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in CAD Design, Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing, or Solidworks are a plus.
