As part of our Animal Health & Nutrition team, you will work closely with customers, nutritionists, feed manufacturers, channel partners, and commercial teams to drive technical excellence and business growth. The Role & Your Impact

As Technical Specialist – Animal Health & Nutrition, you will serve as the regional technical expert for enzyme and probiotic solutions across South Asia. You will bridge science and business by designing and executing trials, translating technical data into customer value, and supporting commercial teams in delivering impactful solutions to the poultry industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead technical discussions with nutritionists, feed mill teams, veterinarians, and poultry integrators.
• Develop and communicate compelling value propositions for Novonesis Animal BioSolutions.
• Design, execute, monitor, and analyze field trials and proof-of-concept studies.
• Convert technical trial outcomes into business cases that support commercial adoption and growth.
• Partner with Account Managers to support customer engagement, solution positioning, and deal closure.
• Deliver technical training programs for customers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Develop technical presentations, case studies, value calculators, and promotional materials.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support business growth initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Poultry Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related discipline.
• 7–15 years of relevant experience within Animal Health & Nutrition.
• Strong expertise in poultry nutrition, feed formulation, feed enzymes, probiotics, and feed mill operations.
• Proven experience conducting field trials, technical service activities, and customer-facing technical support.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through technical and value-based selling approaches.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting trial data and translating findings into commercial recommendations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training delivery skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia.
