Job Description

This is 3 month contract opportunity.

• Provide hands-on administration and operational support for Jira and Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and platform governance.
• Develop and maintain technical and architectural documentation.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and policies.
• Support platform optimisation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
• Contribute to technical planning, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and architecture frameworks.

Qualifications

• SFIA Level 4 Technical Specialist capability or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience administering Jira and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, user management, and operational support.
• Experience producing technical and architectural documentation.
• Ability to facilitate architecture reviews and collaborate with enterprise architecture teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to explain architectural concepts and technical solutions to a range of stakeholders.
• Availability to work from the Brisbane office.
