Job Summary

ROLE PURPOSE

Improve AI-led conversion accuracy and automation by tuning agents, workflows, prompts, recipes and reusable migration patterns for mobile application modernization.

QUALIFICATIONS & LEVEL

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience; relevant cloud, Agile, mobile, security or platform certifications are advantageous.
• Senior/lead profile: owns complex outcomes, mentors team members and influences architecture, quality and stakeholder decisions.
• Strong written and spoken English, collaborative delivery behavior and disciplined handling of customer code, credentials and data.

Key Responsibilities

KEY DELIVERABLES / SUCCESS MEASURES

• Higher first-pass conversion and gate quality; AI touchless automation ≥70%; pattern reuse ≥60%; productivity improvement ≥40%; documented and versioned reusable recipes.

KEY INTERFACES

• AI/Engineering Architect, Product Manager, Platform Engineers, Conversion Engineers, QA, SDK specialists and Factory Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze discovery, conversion, test and parity outputs to identify failure modes and human-intervention hotspots.
• Develop and tune Python-based workflows, agentic flows, prompts, rules and recipes for Android/mobile conversion.
• Convert successful remediations into reusable blueprints, SDK mappings, code patterns and GenAI cookbooks.
• Benchmark automation, quality, cycle time and effort improvements across complexity tiers and customer waves.
• Partner with conversion engineers and QA to validate changes, prevent regressions and document HITL evidence.
• Feed production learnings into the platform backlog while protecting customer code and data boundaries.

Skill Requirements

Staffing-plan skills: AI +Python +Workflow management, Mobile Development-android.

Enhanced requirements: Python, AI/GenAI engineering, prompt and agent workflow design, mobile/Android development, code analysis, migration tooling, experimentation, debugging, test automation and performance measurement.
