• Role: Integration Architect
• Experience: 8+ years in Integration design and architecture
• Core Focus: SAP CPI / Integration Architecture

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Technical Strategy (SAP CPI Focus):

• Design the Digital Bridges: Expertise in creating master blueprint for how our main systems (SuccessFactors, LMS, and Company) connect using our central hub (SAP BTP CPI). Ensure the data flows fast enough to handle our day-to-day business volume without crashing or slowing down.
• Security Access: Set up safe digital handshakes (OAuth tokens) so systems can verify each other's identity and share data securely without using unsafe passwords.

Data Matching & Translation (LMS Mapping Focus)

• Act as Lead Translator: Design the rules that make sure when System A sends data, System B understands it perfectly (e.g., matching a completed LMS learning item to the correct digital template in the Company).
• Data Cleaning: Ability to set strict rules for data quality, making sure employee emails match across platforms and attached evidence files are the right size and format.
