Job Summary

"This is an SuccessFactors Employee Central ,Time Off and Time Tracking Consultant (10+ years exp). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation and Support of SuccessFactors Employee Central ,Time Off Module and Time Tracking Consultant

Must have bachelors or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR, with a minimum of 7 years of experience on SAP products of Human Capital Management like SuccessFactors Employee Central ,Time Off and Time Tracking along with Time Sheet. Should have been certified with minimum 4 years’ experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central + Time Off+ Time Tracking

Should have worked on 3 end-to-end implementation / support projects for Employee central and SuccessFactors Time Off/Time Tracking - Should manage customer expectations. A person should be proactive. Should have driven to complete project deliverables and milestones.

Should be able to configure Successfactors, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF Modules. Experience with Successfactors development/configuration/customization/enhancements
