Job Summary

The role will focus on applying analytical techniques to identify opportunities, risks, and customer behaviours, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Anomaly detection to identify unusual patterns, emerging trends, potential data issues, or unexpected customer behaviour.
• Predictive analytics and driver analysis to understand which factors influence customer actions and outcomes.
• Developing models to identify product take ups, along with predicting the optimal timing for engagement.
• Customer segmentation and profiling to uncover distinct customer groups, behaviours, needs, and opportunities for targeted interventions.
• Performing exploratory data analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
• Translating analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Working closely with business, product, and data teams to frame problems and measure outcomes.

Skill Requirements

Key skills required include:

• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills. must
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience working with large customer datasets and delivering business-focused insights. must
• Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. must
