"SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) + SAP APM (Asset Performance Management)

Job Title: SAP EAM + SAP APM Consultant – Band E3.1

Job Summary

We are seeking an 10 + years experienced SAP EAM + SAP APM Consultant to design, implement, and support Asset Management and Asset Performance Management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging SAP EAM (PM module) and SAP APM solutions to enhance asset reliability, predictive maintenance, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management)- Primary skill

• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP EAM (PM) processes including:

o Preventive & corrective maintenance

o Work order management

o Notifications & maintenance planning

o Equipment & functional location management

• Lead and support end-to-end EAM implementations and rollouts
• Integrate SAP EAM with other modules such as MM, PP, FI, and PS
• Optimize maintenance processes and improve asset lifecycle management
• Provide functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces

SAP APM (Asset Performance Management)- Secondary skill

• Implement and support SAP APM solutions including:

o Predictive maintenance models

o Condition monitoring

o Reliability engineering analytics

• Configure and support integration with IoT platforms and sensors
• Analyze asset health data and recommend predictive insights
• Design failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) models
• Enable digital twin concepts and asset strategy optimization

General Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into SAP solutions
• Support data migration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and go-live activities
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
• Drive innovation through SAP IAM/APM and emerging technologies (AI/ML in asset management)
• Prepare documentation, business blueprints, and training materials
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and capability development (for lead roles)

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 10 + years of experience
• Strong experience in SAP EAM (PM module) configuration and support
• Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP APM / SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset strategies
• Experience with:

o SAP S/4HANA EAM

o SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (preferred)

o Integration with IoT / external systems

• Understanding of asset-intensive industries (Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, etc.)

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP AI/ML or predictive analytics
• Exposure to SAP Digital Supply Chain / Industry 4.0 solutions
• Certification in SAP EAM or related modules
• Knowledge of GEF, GIS integration, or mobility solutions
