In this role, you'll:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Specialist to support and maintain critical test environments, infrastructure, and tooling across a growing Group Technology function. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of servers, storage, and cloud-based environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure. You will play a key role in delivering and coordinating technical testing services, including security testing such as penetration testing and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST). As part of a newly established team, you will help shape environment standards while working closely with internal teams and third-party providers to support seamless testing delivery.

About you
The ideal candidate is a technically strong infrastructure specialist with hands-on experience across Azure cloud environments, servers (Windows & Linux), networking, and identity systems. You bring practical expertise in supporting test environments and have exposure to security testing practices, with DAST or penetration testing experience highly regarded. A proactive, motivated mindset is essential, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and support team success in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, contributes positively to team culture, and consistently puts in the effort to deliver reliable and high-quality outcomes.
