Your next opportunity

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring and optimising the technical performance of our Concrete products. As an integral stakeholder, you will provide expert consultation to our customers and internal departments in line with compliance, quality and cost specifications. This is an exciting opportunity where you will contribute to Boral’s sustainability initiatives and add value to a variety of infrastructure projects across Southern NSW and ACT.

This is a full time permanent role which can be based in either Sydney (North Ryde) or the ACT (Mugga).

Your day will involve:

  • Concrete mix design management
  • Monitoring quality of concrete raw materials and optimizing concrete mix performance
  • Active monitoring of test results for concrete products to ensure conformance to Australian Standards and specifications.
  • Assessing product’s field performance for suitability with customer requirements and applications
  • Reviewing technical content of project specifications within tenders and offering innovative product solutions

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated career within the concrete or construction industry
  • Experience using QestMix, QestLab and Command are highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
  • Customer centric work ethic and a solutions driven approach
  • Current Driver’s License and the flexibility to travel across Southern NSW/ACT
