We are now looking for a Technical Specialist to strengthen our Global Center of Excellence (GCE) team, based either in Linnavuori or in Suolahti. In this role, you have an impact on customer and dealer satisfaction by supporting AGCO dealers and distributors in technical issues. You answer support requests and propose field solutions via our support systems. You collaborate with colleagues from different functions, like product support and aftersales. You help in investigating the most complex warranty and policy warranty cases. You arrange and participate in service manager meetings to keep the dealer service personnel updated on technical information, systems and processes. Depending on your skills and experience, you might also support the dealers and distributors with Digital off-board or Parts technical requests or be part of the team conducting technical training to the dealer technicians. The job is mainly office-based and can include occasional travel or field visits.

What will you bring:

  • Technical education and minimum 2-3 years of business experience in the technical field, preferably from agricultural business or from other heavy vehicle industry
  • Experience in customer service, ability to work independently, collaboration skills and good problem-solving skills. Curiosity, solution-oriented mindset and positive attitude. Interest in agricultural machinery and Smart Farming / digital solutions.
  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both verbal and written. Swedish and other language skills can be considered as an advantage.
  • Good presentation and collaboration skills. Experience in delivering training is an advantage.
  • Good IT skills. We use MS Office 365, Salesforce and internal diagnostic software.
