- East area, 6days (Rotating Shift)

Responsibilities

• To carry out application responsibilities such as creating project management opportunities, on-site verification of warranty claims, spot measurement of EC Fans and digital solutions, on-site supervision of digital/retrofit projects.
• To handle all customer queries on technical matters such as Intelligate Mesh, IoT, Digital/Cloud, Modbus RTU, FanScout, etc.
• Manage and create documentation (Risk Assessment, MOS, Scheduling, Permit to Work) for all project works on site and off site
• Responsible for all technical support activities, particularly Digital Solutions in assigned areas including implementing smart ventilation solutions.
• Work closely with devices sent to cloud via MQTT and work on-site for setup and linkage
• Work closely with consultants, main contractors and key project account holders during implementation.
• Manage, service and grow existing customers by providing service well

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics), 2 -3 years of field industrial sales experience will be highly advantageous, especially in rotating equipment industry.
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills and sound technical foundation (electrical/mechanical).
• Results-oriented, with the ability to define problems, exercise sound judgment, and develop solutions independently.
• Excellent project management skills, ensuring quotes are completed and submitted to customers on time.
• A strong team player, able to work both independently and collaboratively with a focus on customer comprehension.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
