About the Team
Established in 2023, the ByteDance Seed team is dedicated to discovering new approaches to general intelligence, and pushing the boundaries of AI. Our research spans large language models, speech, vision, world models, AI infrastructure, next-generation interfaces and more. With a long-term vision and determination in AI, the ByteDance Seed team remains committed to foundational research. We aim to become a world-class AI research team that drives real technological progress and delivers societal benefits. With labs across China, Singapore, and the U.S., our team has already released industry-leading general-purpose large models and advanced multimodal capabilities, powering over 50 real-world applications — including Doubao, Coze, and Jimeng.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the sourcing strategy for key technical talent
2. Source candidates through online channels (job boards, internal databases, forums, local social platforms, and professional networks across your assigned region).
3. Develop a pool of qualified candidates, developing new channels of sourcing for our various locations.
4. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency.
5. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).
6. Conduct market and talent mapping to identify and assess strategic talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
