This is a technical sourcing engagement only for an AI start-up client. They are not staffing a full-cycle recruiter for this assignment. The person we place will be responsible for building pipeline for engineering roles -- not owning requisitions end to end. Full-cycle recruiting background is fine, but the work is sourcing.
LOGISTICS
This role is onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week at the client's Palo Alto office.
The sourcer must have direct experience building pipeline for:
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Infrastructure engineering
Staff-level and senior software engineers
These are thin, competitive talent markets. The candidate needs to know how to find people who are not applying, not just work inbound queues or LinkedIn Easy Apply pools.

Experience sourcing for any of the following is a bonus, not a filter:
Product Management (PM)
Technical Program Management (TPM)
Product Design / UX
