The Technical Solutions Manager is responsible for leading the development of technical solutions that support the Power Quality (PQ) and Power Distribution (PD) businesses. This role provides technical leadership throughout the sales cycle by developing solution architectures, validating system designs, ensuring technical compliance, and supporting strategic customer engagements.
The position serves as the primary pre-sales technical resource for the Power Quality portfolio, working closely with sales teams, channel partners, customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, competitive, and customer-focused solutions.
The Technical Solutions Manager plays a key role in strengthening solution-selling capabilities and driving sustainable business growth.
