JOB OVERVIEW

As a
Technical Solutions Engineer
, you’ll lead the way in customer engagement—combining your technical expertise with a solution-oriented mindset to deliver tailored solar energy systems.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer-Focused Solutions
    :
    Work closely with customers to understand their energy needs and suggest solar solutions that are both technically sound and valuable for them.

  • Site Visits & Presentations
    :
    Visit project sites across Goa and give clear, easy-to-follow presentations to help customers understand the proposed solution. Answer their questions confidently and build strong relationships.

  • Solar System Knowledge
    :
    Use your understanding of solar PV systems to design efficient and reliable setups. Stay updated with new technologies and trends to keep our solutions modern and competitive.

  • Team Support & Coordination
    :
    Work with internal teams like design, operations, and installation to make sure projects run smoothly. Be available to offer technical help throughout the process and ensure a great customer experience


Requirements


  • Degree or Diploma in
    Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in technical sales; solar industry experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

  • Proven sales ability and a passion for
    renewable energy

  • Willing to
    travel independently
    for site visits and client meetings.
