JOB OVERVIEW


As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead the way
in customer engagement—combining your technical expertise with a
solution-oriented mindset to deliver tailored solar energy systems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Customer-Focused Solutions :

Work
closely with customers to understand their energy needs and suggest solar
solutions that are both technically sound and valuable for them.


2. Site Visits & Presentations:

Visit
project sites across Goa and give clear, easy-to-follow presentations to help
customers understand the proposed solution. Answer their questions confidently
and build strong relationships.


3. Solar System Knowledge:

Use your
understanding of solar PV systems to design efficient and reliable setups. Stay
updated with new technologies and trends to keep our solutions modern and
competitive.


4. Team Support & Coordination:

Work
with internal teams like design, operations, and installation to make sure
projects run smoothly. Be available to offer technical help throughout the
process and ensure a great customer experience


Requirements



  • Degree
    or Diploma in
    Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering

    .

  • 1–4
    years

    of experience in technical sales; solar industry experience is
    a plus.

  • Freshers with
    strong technical aptitude and interest in renewable energy are welcome.

  • Strong
    communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

  • Proven
    sales ability and a passion for renewable energy

  • Willing
    to travel independently for site visits and client meetings.
