Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience with web technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales.
  • Experience with XML and HTTP protocols.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation by delivering solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Present in front of internal stakeholders and customers. Analyze and optimize the development of existing clients to ensure their success with the Google suite of products for partners.
  • Work with complex data sets. Conduct analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, exploratory data analysis model development.
  • Provide guidance to and work closely with sales and partners to provide inputs on data management and workflows. Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long term success and improve product offerings.
