Even though we established our company in 2021, were already a team of over 130 people. We have developed the first version of our platform and solutions which are already deployed with paying clients in  multiple countries. Furthermore, we are majority owned and governed by the founders while we also have strong anchor investors providing us with capital and support to grow at a fast pace.

We are looking for technical solution presales to join Sirius Enterprise Sales team to help Sirius engage our Enterprise customer effectively. As a technical solution presale, you will have the responsibilities and requirements listed below.


Responsibilities:

  • Solicit customer business requirement and challenges from the business user
  • Solution value proposition creation against the business requirement and pain point
  • Lead proof of concept (POC) including the following tasks:
    - Define POC use case scenario and success criteria
    - Define POC timeline and manage the Sirius team to deliver the PoC according to timeline and success criteria
  • Request for Proposal handling i.e. acting as a proposal team leader.
    - The scope of RFP proposal team leader is as follow:
     - Develop and create a professional RFP response by leading Sirius technical team to response to each section in the RFP with a clearly defined timeline with check point, review and final approval
     - Co-ordinate with Sirius sales/account owner to create an commercial response
  • Interpret and communicate customer requirement with internal product team
  • Mixed and match internal product or partner product as well as service team capability to provide a solution satisfy customer requirement
  • Create customer solution proposal and conduct presentation present and defend solution value proposition
  • Understand Sirius product technical capability
  • Explain and demonstrate product capability
  • Present the product strength in competitive situation
  • Work with product team to advise customer how to perform product customization, installation and configuration

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors or Master's degree in IT related discipline.
  • 5 ~ 10 years in the role of technical sales in IT company
  • Experience in serving customer in BFSI (Banking, financial services and insurance) industry segment.
  • Working knowledge in cloud and open-source technology including but not limited to: Golang/Docker/Kubernetes/MySQL/Event Driven architecture and Event Mesh
  • Proven experience in leading sophisticated technical customer engagement and able to manage stake holder interest in Enterprise
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
