Your contribution:
You provide technical expertise in property management and site-related technical operations
You support the coordination and monitoring of technical processes across assigned sites
You contribute your expertise in areas such as assessment, monitoring, and reporting
You will support ongoing process improvement initiatives in system environments like ServiceNow or other similar workflow/ticketing systems
You coordinate and follow up on technical escalations to ensure timely resolution.
You will act as a key interface between the landlord, the technical organization and the field service teams
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective problem-solving.
What makes you stand out:
Idieally a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field
2-3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Operations, Real Estate Management, telecom infrastructure, facility/asset management or maintenance & operations
Proficiency with operational and reporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow or other similar workflow/ticketing systems)
Fluent German (C1) and excellent English (B2/C1) skills, both written and spoken
Strong analytical and solution-focused mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable operational improvements.
