Job Purpose
The person on this role will be in charge of the acquisition and maintenance of the Technical information needed to produce the all the Bags and SLG of each Collection.
This position is a direct report to the Technical Sheets Manager and will be involved with the daily activities of the Technical Sheets Officer.
Main responsibilities include:
• To collect the technical data from the Product Development Office in terms of colour, raw materials (leather and hardware components,) and manufacturers for each product developed;
• To achieve data from the manufacturers (e.g. consumptions of the material); • To build an appropriate spread sheet system to collect all the technical information;
Competencies and Experience Required:
• Demonstrable technical expertise in similar role
• Luxury brand experience in the supply-chain environment is mandatory
• Strong accuracy and timekeeping in collecting and filing the information in the spread sheets
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrable skills of Microsoft Office, with particular reference to Excel, including Pivot tables
• Knowledge of PDM, PLM system
• Full Knowledge and understanding of the product and production processes,
• Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a fast pace environment
• Shows innovation and initiative

• Able to keep mature relationship with internal and external customers
Background, Skills and Experience:
• Technical awareness – product sensibility (almost 2 years in similar roles)
• Information Technology (Excel)
• Experience in Product development Offices and or/Technical Department
• Understanding luxury supply chain and product
• Fluent in Italian and English
