Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilledSETA Supportto support an innovative program.You will provide technical program management support for advanced research and development efforts, assisting with the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of complex technical programs. This position requires an experienced technical leader capable of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, preparing technical documentation and executive-level briefings, and providing subject matter expertise in Electronic Warfare technologies.Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required

Required Experience: 

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related technical field.
• Demonstrated program and/or project management experience leading diverse technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing technical papers, technical reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.
• Experience providing technical briefings to senior government leadership.
• Technical background in Electronic Warfare (EW), particularly Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Protection (EP).
• Experience with analog and digital signal processing techniques.
• Experience with digital beamforming, RF lens beamforming, photonic beamforming, and signal detection technologies.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000- $178,000 This rangerepresentsagood-faithestimate and is not a guarantee; final compensation isdeterminedby factors such as experience, qualifications, and government contract labor rate requirements and may fall outside the stated range.
